This course consists of slides viewed at the participant's pace. Successful completion of the course requires a passing grade on the imbedded quiz at the end of the presentation.
This course will review the parts of a SOAP note and how to best utilize proper documentation to determine if a particular plan of care is benefiting their client.
Course Learning Objectives
- The therapist will define the four parts to the acronym SOAP.
- The therapist will describe what information should be included in each portion of the SOAP note.
- The therapist will accurately differentiate between objective and subjective note data.
