This course consists of slides viewed at the participant's pace. Successful completion of the course requires a passing grade on the imbedded quiz at the end of the presentation.
This course will review types and stages of conflict to ultimately apply this knowledge of conflict to conflict situations in therapy [patient/family] interactions, co-worker interactions and life interactions in general.
