Course Abstract

This course has been approved for 1.0 continuing education clock hours by HHS. HHS approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products or clinical procedures.
This course consists of slides viewed at the participant's pace. Successful completion of the course requires a passing grade on the imbedded quiz at the end of the presentation. Completion certifications are available upon successful completion of the quiz.
This course will review the reasons for conducting an investigation, the common mistakes of an investigation, considerations prior to starting an investigation and the components of a thorough workplace investigation. It will also provide investigative interviewing tips and techniques and review relevant court cases as a result of not conducting an investigation or using questionable investigation techniques.
