This course consists of slides viewed at the participant's pace. Successful completion of the course requires a passing grade on the imbedded quiz at the end of the presentation.
This course describes the need for protecting your back, how the back works and techniques used to prevent back injury during therapy sessions.
Course Learning Objectives
- Participants will list at least 3 reasons to protect your back.
- Participants will list at least 3 techniques used during treatment of patients to protect the back from injury.
- Participants will list at least 3 activities often found during treatment of patients that place the back in danger of injury if not handled appropriately.
