This course consists of slides viewed at the participant's pace. Successful completion of the course requires a passing grade on the imbedded quiz at the end of the presentation.
This course describes the signs of child abuse and the laws/expectations of reporting the signs of child abuse.
Course Learning Objectives
- To identify the 4 kinds of child abuse.
- To identify at least 2 potential signs of child abuse for each kind of child abuse.
- To identify the law and the consequences associated with your obligation if you suspect child abuse.
- To identify actions to take if you are not sure what to do.
- To identify how child abuse should be reported.
