Complaint Resolution Policy

In the event that a participant has a complaint regarding the continuing education services/program, an email explaining the problem/complaint should be sent via the "contact us" functionality found on the CEUniversity web site. A response within 2 business days will occur. If further resolution is needed, the issue will be escalated to the attention of the CEO.
