Refund Policy
On-line Programs
On-line program fees are payable at the time of course registration. Once the on-line purchase has been activated, the participant has 30 days to complete the purchased program before the purchase activation times out. Refunds are not available after the 30 day time-out period. Refunds requested prior to the 30 day time-out period must be requested in writing preferably by email or through the web site "contact us" feature.
Live Programs
In the event that a live program is cancelled by CEUniversity after fees have been collected for that program and before the program is delivered, cancellation notice will be sent via email to each registered, paid participant. 100% of the collected fee will be refunded within 15 days of the programs' original presentation date.
Refunds are not available for participant cancellations of attending live programs with 24 hours or less notice prior to the program's delivery date. In the event that a participant cancels their participation with 48-24 hour notice prior to the start of the program, a refund of 90% of their paid fee will be made within 15 days of the program's delivery date. If participant cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours prior notice to the program's delivery date, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded within 15 days of the program's delivery date.
